Why is my ad pending?
New ads and material edits enter the moderation queue to protect buyers and sellers. The admin can approve, reject or ask for correction.
How do I contact a seller?
Open any active listing and use Chat with seller. You can also make an offer when a price is listed.
How do I save an item?
Sign in and tap Save ad on the listing page. You can manage saved items from the bottom mobile bar or Saved ads page.
How does a dealer promote stock?
Dealer accounts see promotion controls for active listings in Dealer hub. Requests are reviewed and activated by an administrator.
How do I report a problem?
Use Report this listing on the relevant page and explain the issue. For account matters, ask the platform administrator to review your case.
