Marketplace community rules

1. Marketplace role

MarketNest is a venue for users to publish local listings and communicate. Unless separately agreed in writing, it does not own listed items or act as a buyer, seller, broker or payment intermediary.

2. Your listings

You must provide accurate information, use images you have permission to use, select the correct category and only advertise lawful items and services. Administrators may moderate, pause, reject or remove content that creates safety, legal or quality concerns.

3. Safe transactions

Users arrange and complete transactions at their own discretion. Inspect products and documents before payment, use common sense, and never disclose financial passwords, PINs or OTPs.

4. Prohibited conduct

Fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, illegal goods or services, spam, abusive communication and attempts to bypass platform safety controls are not allowed.

5. Accounts and moderation

Accounts may be verified, suspended or restored by administrators when needed for security, compliance or platform operations. Contact the platform operator for data or account requests.

6. This starter implementation

These are template terms for a deployed marketplace. Obtain legal review and add your company identity, privacy policy, grievance contact and applicable payment/refund terms before public launch.
